The Pacific Foods property is a 10 building, 242,188 rentable square foot industrial property portfolio. Construction of the buildings was completed from 1988-1994. The buildings are concrete tilt construction with flat building up roofs.  The buildings have dock high doors and grade level doors with clear heights that would be considered warehouse/distribution use buildings. Four of the buildings are similar construction but are highly improved with food processing equipment and related utilities upgrades to accommodate their use. Combined the sites total 15.2 acres or 662,112 square feet.
