MMCG is pleased to announce the successful closing of acquisition financing for 200 Market, an iconic 19-story, 400,0000 SF Class A office tower in Portland’s core business district. The transaction is a testament to MMCG’s broad lender network and our expertise in navigating complex deals.
The financing was structured as a non-recourse bridge loan provided by a mortgage REIT. Proceeds will support tenant improvements and the onboarding of new tenants, including Regence BlueCross BlueShield of Oregon, IMA Financial Group, and Geffen Mesher. Following completion, the property is expected to be approximately 85% occupied, reflecting ongoing investment in downtown Portland and supporting local economic growth.
